The Township of Southwold is pleased to announce the appointment of Cassandra Loewen as Public Works Superintendent, effective November 1st, 2025.

Cassandra has been serving as the GIS & Asset Management Coordinator for the Township of Southwold, the Municipality of West Elgin, and the Municipality of Dutton Dunwich since 2023.
