What is a Parks and Recreational Trails Master Plan?

It's a guiding document that the Township will use to organize and prioritize plans for parks and recreational trails, in the short-, medium-, and long-term. Strategies will inform park and recreational trail development and upkeep, connectivity, opportunities, improvements, and more!

Considerations will include, but are not limited to:

• Current and anticipated use
• Community needs and desires
• Opportunities to support programming
• Operational and fiscal realities
• Continued maintenance and funding
• Short-, mid-, and long-term planning horizons
