Rent a Facility or Sports Field

Out of respect for public safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, effective September 1, 2020, there are restrictions in place regarding events and rentals at all of our community facilities. Renters are required to provide completed COVID-19 Waivers.

The Township of Southwold Council will review requests from Community Groups to have fee waivers granted. An application must be submitted and approved by Council in order to have fees waived for the rental.

The Township of Southwold facilities operate under the Municipal Alcohol Management Policy. The Township's Facility User Agreement will assist potential renters of what is required and expected when renting a Township facility.

Pavilions

Our pavilions at the Fingal Ball Park, Fingal Heritage Park, Keystone Complex, new Talbotville Park, Shedden Open Space Park and Talbotville Optimist Park are available for rental. Rentals include the use of the washrooms, hydro and water on site.
