Southwold Earthworks National Historic Site

The Township of Southwold is home to where Canada's earliest inhabitants lived. The Southwold Earthworks National Historic Site is located on Iona Road just north of Talbot Line in Iona. Historic plaques detailing the site and Attiwandaron's, who inhabited the site from 1500 to 1650 AD.
