Customer Service and Complaint Resolution Policy

Do you have a concern or complaint that you feel the Township should be aware of?  Does this require assistance, such as a neighbour's dog is not being kept on their property and is being allowed to wander? Or perhaps a neighbour cuts their grass and let all the cuttings land out on the municipal road and they don't clean it up.

There is a process in place for dealing with these issues. Township's Customer Service and Complaint Resolution Policy and the "Confidential" Complaint Form.

Once you have completed the Complaint Form, you can either bring it into the office, mail it, deposit it in the drop box at the Municipal Office or email it to the Community Services & Communications Clerk at .  If staff require further information, they will be in touch.  The necessary procedural steps will be taken to address this concern.

NOTE:  Anonymous complaints cannot be acted upon.
